[[FTD = F'd ToDay]

Never, ever..ever...ever ever ever.. use ftd.com to send anything that has to be there on time. These morons shipped something from FL via DHL which needless to say didn't arrive on time. Wonderful service they've got there. I want my refund and will dispute the charges if necessary. I'm not the only one judging from the 60minute wait times on their customer service line.

So it looks like I wasn't the only one judging by comments and a few links:

As an update, the order finally arrived today - in a box [no less] with everything shown in the picture left to the recipient to assemble herself into an arrangement. First off, a day late is completely unacceptable and then to not even ship a complete arrangement is just ridiculous. I would have stuffed them under my desk too if I was her.

I've yet to get anything beyond the generic customer service inquiry reply that "They're contacting the florist" to verify what happened, so I think unless a complete refund is forthcoming it's time to dispute the charges with the credit card company and report them to the Better Business Bureau

It's been 3 days since I emailed customer service and still nothing. I decided to take the matter into my own hands and call them. Spoke with one customer service rep, their supervisor and the supervisor's manager who all stated that the flowers were delivered so there was nothing beyond a partial refund for shipping/service fees (20% or less) that they could offer me. I reiterated that I don't care whether DHL had shipping problems that day, thats between them and their shipping company and they could either offer me a refund or I would be filing a complaint with BBB, dispute the charges and post the details of such an unsatisfactory experience with ftd.com everywhere I could online. They still wouldn't budge and basically said that was my prerogative if I wanted to do so, but no refund was possible. Filed the complaint with BBB 5 minutes ago...

I've also gotten about 20 delivery confirmation emails in the past 12 hours, so it looks like their order system is top-notch..

Screw FTD. Never use them. Pass this on to friends family and coworkers because their service sucks, they don't honor delivery dates, satisfaction guarantees and try and stonewall you if you happen to have a customer satisfaction issue.

Same experience- I ordered flowers for my wife on monday, to arrive today. According to their web site, DHL hasn’t even received the item for shipping yet. This was for a “guaranteed” delivery today.

Emails I sent were not responded to, and when I call their 800# I get told that they’re too busy for me and disconnect.

My wife will be home any minute and I can’t possibly begin to apologize enough.

Never, ever, ever again with FTD. They should be ashamed…

I also had a similar experience. I'll never use them agagin.
